Ya. It's been a while.

While waiting for parts for the WJ I got sidetracked with other projects

Now I'm going out again.

If anyone local wants to come out sometimes feel free to post or PM

Welcome back Hoobzie, now you'll have to pack up for Jambo this October!

Thanks

We are heading to NZ near October, so Jambo is out for me.

Just got long arms, lockers and the usual crap. It's not a DD anymore thankfully.

Haha. If I could get a pair of JK D44's easily enough, then I might try 37's, alas just 35's in 2 weeks. Simex Extreme Trekkers.

I was wondering where you had disappeared to....

Good to hear you are still on board with the WJ and around the forum!

Looking forward to seeing the latest mods. Sounds interesting.

I wish I could say yes to your offer, however somehow the 8,000km round trip just isn't appealing to me at the moment. Plus, my WJ is for sale and my standard height Commander would probably get stuck in the first wheel rut it sees in The Otways!! It might be more capable by the time I'm back in Geelong in a few years time though.

Still getting out on the KTM's? God I miss the Victorian bushland!

Cheers,
Hanna

Thumbs up

Hey there Hanna

I saw your for sale thread on Wednesday or whatever, but was really hoping you were back, or heading back.

I see you are excelling at work, which is awesome to see.

Yeah, well, my missus says my main hobby is collecting different hobbies

I haven't been riding any bikes for about 6 months

Not much real overly exciting done to the the WJ, compared to others. I'd whack up some posts on it but the engineering cert/legal/fun police in this forum are a bit too much to have to reply to. Lol.

I gots a few mates with 4bies, but also keen to get out with some Jeeps again for sure
Some friends don't wanna damage their rigs anymore either.

A Paddys pic 4 u Hanna.

This pic was from Sunday. Shouldn't have done it. Thick mud just over the bonnet for a little bit, 1.2m deep. Filled up the engine bay, lucky somehow it all kept running, including the winch.

Swamped inside. Feet wet

$30 at the jet wash, 3 hrs more jet wash at home. Never again.

Nice one mate!

I would kill to see some countryside (and mud) like that again! Nothing but red dirt, dry rivers and little shrubs for me for the next few years at least......

Good to see you're not getting any softer as the years roll by!
