heh heh ... Human error is what normally causes road accidents ... in addition to faulty vehicles and wandering animals and pedestrians.
Since they havent invented a camera that reacts to human error yet .... they just pretend road safety can be improved by monitoring minor infringements over the posted speed limit.
And the more drivers that adhere to the posted speed limit ... means less income ... so posted limits get lowered .... just too make them all "criminals" again.
e.g. 60kph to 50kph ... and 110kph to 100kph.
Life used to be so much better driving down the highway at 75mph with a police car behind you .... that overtook and ignored you .... after they decided you werent a problem driver.
