If they are 33's then that is more then 2" judging by the gap between the flare and the top of the tyre....

I have 2 inch lift and 30's, and they go well. But i would like 33's, but to keep my 2 in lift as it still has good road manners, im thinking of putting some bushwacker cut outs flares on it instead of jacking it to the sky and bump stopping appropriately... What is everyones thoughts on that?

Dustbowl, your from maitland as well, we should catch up some time for a drive... Always keep to go for a wheel...

welsh plugs done, manifolds bolted back on.

OMFG those bottom bolts are a PITA! A couple of them I was unable to get a socket onto, had to use a ratchet spanner.

Just breaking for lunch....

hahah yeah 33"s do look nice. just before i make a start is there anything else i should be considering for a 2" ive been doing a bit of research and have come across the following

SYE & double cardian tail shaft
RTC steering dampener or upgraded dampner (need to replace anyway)
TC drop kit
Wedges (for rear axle)

ive been following a lot of posts from the forum and some websites just wondering if anyone else with a 2" uses the the above

If you are putting in an SYE, you don't need a TC drop. I would install the 2" before spending money on a SYE. If after lifting 2" you get vibes etc, then put in a TC drop until you get a SYE delivered and installed then remove the TC drop. You can make a TC drop kit with little effort and cost.
