Used some 40mm spacers in the front to level the car after i removed the rear drawer system. Also installed an adjustable track bar, got it within 2mm i think that should be close enough??

It's not so much a difficult job, just tedious. No mounts line up. No biggy though. And the hand brake lever has to be modified or replaced with an update lever, which mounts differently too btw , and the air ducting needs modifying too, by using both pre-update and update ducts and cut and shut. I haven't done this yet.
Then you only need to tidy the gap between the console and dash to finish it off. I'll be fabbing up a power panel, eventually. Ciggy and merit outlets, USB, switches etc.

Then I recovered the lid...


... this is the pre-update bezel I was using. It worked, but it looked bogan.


... and here is the new bezel with LED technology.


... maybe a bit bright on the 4x4 indicator... . I need to dim it without dimming the rest of the lighting. ??? Junglejuice?? Would an inline resistor be the go here??

You could go that way or pop a diode or two in series....

2mm is fine but don't forget to extend your bumpstops by 40mm as well!!!

The other thing you could do is to add a "difuser" above the LED's maybe a piece of tissue paper etc, this will soften the light and spread it more evenly.
Also why didn't you change the shifter mechanism to the update or at least the shift handle?

X2 on the cup holders. Don't the pre's come out with them? I would have thought a Limited pre would have simple features like cup holders. My Sport has them but very little of any other good fancy features.

The pre updates didn't have cup holders integrated into the console, they were a clip on jobbie on the right side of the console which was useless for RHD vehicles because it sat out right where your left leg needs to be. I have mine in the garage somewhere but only fitted it once to find out it's crap. I did however purchase the aftermarket cup holder from Quadratech many years ago that sits over the handbrake lever on the console & looks factory, but again is useless because its too shallow & our aussie 375ml drink cans don't fit in it. Some tapered cups and thinner bottles fit but because it's too shallow they fall over when cornering. Works well for change and stuff though

Cheers mate, ive still got JKS shackles to put in the rear so not done height wise but sure will when im happy at a height.
