Default Swaybar disconnects

What swaybar disconnects are people using?
How easy are they to remove & refit?
Do they rattle /clunk when connected?

So how much difference does it actually make disconnecting the SB's? Is it significant? Front and back, or just one?? I'm talking about for fairly serious offroading, not just tracks.

I'm just about to hook up my new HD SB for the rear tomorrow.

I only disco the front, rear swaybar (standard) doesnt seem to limit flex at all.
Front probable gives extra 1-1.5" flex when discoed (also standard bar).
Does make the difference sometimes tho.
