tsb's mean fuckall to a dealer. they are not official and from the us . i've tried and been told to rack off basically

Been trying to get our uconnect updated for the last 4 weeks. The dealer didn't know anything about any updates and denied they existed. I sent them the TSB and they said it was for US vehicles only. I pointed out the APAC on the TSB, then a week later the tech manager rang me to reconfirm it didn't exist, they knew nothing of it and wasn't for our vehicle if it did exist (he also kept telling me about his 30 years experience).
Until today when after another chase up (with some added info from SJetc) they finally looked into and found that all these TSB's actually do exist, they can access them and thanked me for pointing this out to them - seriously.
They then said it would be $165 to install...
This is a f#@king joke.....

Anyone know where I can download 17.43.01.... got the previous version but don't want to do it twice..
