My son just got his first car, 99 XJ sport with 115,000kms on it, very clean for it's age, has a lift with 31cooper stt's as well as a front bar, needs a little bit done to get the rwc and then I'm sure he will want to do a bit more to it, so I'll be hanging around here for a bit.
Just remember that to report a missing person, they have to be gone for 48 hours or more. You will need to leave it much longer if they drive an XJ Cherokee. I bought mine when I was 26, and I took my dad off road in the first week. We came back home about four weeks later....
Thanks guys, as I said it's very clean with low K's and the mods have already started, he picked up a set of second hand sliders on the weekend, and is already thinking of a snorkel, something a bit different is on the cards there.
