Yeah that pic shows me what I thought from other I have seen, the wheel isn't centred in the wheel opening any more. By moving the shackle down, its pushed the diff forward slightly, not a major issue but just something to take into consideration.

Yep the down side of moving one end leaf spring. If you went to longer spring perches you could move the center pin foward an inch to push the diff back, that's on my to do list. Looking foward to coffs!

Yeah mate that's the style perch I was talking about I just need to do a diff swap before I waste money welding them to a turdy5.

Made up a neat little bracket to mount my winch solenoid under the bonnet. Everything works now just need to get a in/out carling switch to finish up the install.

Started working on some heavy duty rocker protection today. First up is some 3mm rocker cladding that will stiffen up the sill area and pinch weld and give me protection from stumps and smaller sharp rocks that jump out and attack without warning.....

Then the plan is to mount some of these over them to give me something to lean on without destroying the bottom of the doors.....

I'm pretty busy the next few weeks so it'll be a slow build but the plan is to have them on for coffs.

Oh yeah and this showed up today in the mail today so that will be going in the front soon along with some axle tube seals to replace the useless plastic things that are on there now.....
