JimmyB this is what we are seeing. It appears as a bottom banner advert and whenever you scroll up it follows you up until you stop scrolling and then snaps back to the bottom.

This is on my iPad using the default Safari browser.

I just tried on an iPhone. Also get the add in safari but haven't seen it in Internet explorer. It's coded to stay at the bottom of the screen and cover the width but its very slow and stays still while scrolling and then jumps to the bottom of the screen.
From my limited understanding of web design you should at least be able to replace the code telling it where to be with a static position at the bottom of the page. Or delete the whole thing. It is an annoying add though.

IE and chrome are bad get firefox with noscrip and you will never see a add again or popup and for ipad google is you friend there is a way on the ipad to block all that stuff but i refuse to use any apple crap so im not sure how to use it

I dont get that add or any add in that way.
I am running XP & firefox.
My guess is you have some nasty on your computer. Time to upgrade your antivirus etc. Probably you would find you have some program running in the background that is doing it. Its not AJOR.

not getting on comp either in IE or Firefox, but constantly have it on my Ipad and Iphone, so does anyone know how to stop it on apple products??

It's not a virus and for people on iPhone try a third party browser such as opera or many others to trick it into thinking its a computer not a phone.
