Default best value 3" lift for WJ

Hi everyone,

I currently have a 2" BB lift in my WJ : it allowed me to run bigger tyres until I could decide on the lift I wanted.

Its time to remove the BB spacers and replace both shocks and springs with something new, something more up to the task.

I was looking at the IRO 3" kit available from www.parkersgoods.com (http://www.parkersgoods.com/p/14/3-i...grand-cherokee).

I'm well aware of the cheapness and quality issues of the Rough Country and Zone Off road kits but after reading through a few different threads, it seems the IRO kit might not be as good as I thought it would be either.

Can anyone suggest another good value 3" lift available which won't break the bank. a friend of mine and myself will be fitting it on his hoist.

Get IRO 3" lift with bilsteins, and ask for Johnny joints (aka curry joints)

IRO is a great base, but optioned up it will beat all on the market.. Also regarding trackbar ask for HD bushes.

RC is a bit too cheap for my likings.

Buy the IRO kit from kolak as he is cheaper than IRO themselves and has contacts to a wide variety of parts..

IRO with Rancho adjustable shocks.

Great offroad because it's forgiving and it flexes really well; average on the road and towing because it allows lots of body roll and sags under load.

You really need a pair of airbags and/or stiffer anti-sway bars if you want the best of both worlds with this lift.

thanks,

I was speaking to Kolak about the IRO 3" lift and he swapped out their springs and shocks for OME springs and bilstein 5100 shocks
