One thing that I don't know how to avoid on the winch, the line was frozen close to the drum, so I couldn't spool it all out.
Piss on it...

Got to admit that was the first thing I thought too!!! So now I wonder if the Dyneema rope would be damaged if it is frozen and you reef it off the spool??
Not such a big problem for us in Au, but I have been stuck in snow in the hills here a few times but winch cable was steel wire.

Putting it to work again:

I had 2 left-over pallets of bricks, 1200kg each. 1 hour of labor to load brick by brick, 2 trips to where I bought them from and I got my money back

Last thursday:

The construction team still needs to pour the triangle above the window on the other side (order required by the structural engineer) before they start on the roof structure.

After the structure I start working on the condensation foil and roof boarding. Then a different team comes for the roof sheet metal and the attic windows.

Plumbing, wiring, floor-heating, screed, plastering, tiling, plastering, exterior insulation will all be handled by my father in law and myself. A shit-ton of work to save an equally large amount of money on labor.
