Swapped my 2012 overland wheels to 2016 overland wheels. The 2012 wheels look great in the pic but have a fair few scratches from previous owner. The new ones are vg condition.

Well the Jeeperific MkIII has new boots, 4 Yokohama Geolanders to run with, so glad the crappy Michy's are gone, was hoping they would last till Feb but a recent storm decided me, 4 yrs old, 46K on them and they were just too old for wet roads, went the Yokies as they give a good run, even though more $$ than some, 3rd set over the years and they run true till death... just a bluddy hell of a lot of money...

It seems that when they originally fitted the bull bar to my WK2 the apprentice mustn't have pinned that crappy inner guard properly and the wheels chewed a hole in them, fast forward 4 years and I saw that while someone had put some screws in to hold it no attempt was made to fix the holes, the left hand side had a bigger hole than the R/H and with the washer bottle in full view I patched it up soon as I found it after buying, the RH side took a month or so to get around to it and this time I took some pics.
With just some .6mm alloy it was just a matter of cutting, shaping and riveting in place, a spray of matt black and you don't even know its there...

Transmission AC cooler was leaking fluid badly so replaced with an aftermarket one from rock auto. $220 to de & regas the AC and ~$300 for the new condenser so all up much cheaper than the $2k+ quoted by my mechanic.

One of the tran-fluid inlet ports leaked initially and turned out to be a torn o-ring in the new part - so unscrewed and replaced with nut form old condenser.

Very straight forward job for DIY.
