Woot.. First recovery...
Minding my own business today and my wife gets a phone call from her niece. Nieces fiance got bogged on a forestry trail. Yesty. Headed out there and found the poor ol' Paj bellied out in a bog.
Easy pull with the snatch. The clincher though, Jeep only has 2wd, no front shaft..LOL...

Sorry for the quality, or lack of. My son took 'em on his phone...

cheers

I love that vid!! That is a great recovery and great show from the WJ with v8 grunt. I know those beaches as they're only about 1 hour north of me (nearly lost my first WJ there when I was extremely inexperienced) and when the tide starts coming in the sand turns VERY soft and like quick sand, people lose their 4wd's there all the time.

Smile Jeep'd a KTM

Whilst cruising around with my good mate Greg in the state forrest near Forster we came across a ktm stuck in a big bog hole,

helped him pull the plug to evac the water from his engine but it was terminal. So I hooked up the snatchy and spent a very intense time pulling him up a very greasy, wet, slippery trail.

I had the lockers on and barely able to make any forward progress whilst he hung for his life as we struggled up the big hill, his front wheel bogged in a couple of times and ejected him off, thankfully my bog cog is pretty slow and he was OK, old mate and his KTM were all good and his mate rode home to get the ute.

That was my first Bike tow, Old mate had some awesome skills to keep it upright in the mud whilst I dragged him along slowly.

Default ZJ 5.2 ltr V8 snatches F150 out of bog hole

Found this one, a bit "red-necky"and be warned a few swear words thrown in but those yanks are crazy with what they are allowed to do to their cars mod-wise. Hope you like it

Default WG rescues semi trailer stuck in snow

Found this little gem. Skip the start and watch from about 1.00 if you want to straight to the action.
WG's are awesome, especially with chains on tyres in snow
