Default 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2.7 Overland

Morning everyone. Have an issue with my 2004 jeep wj 2.7. Standing still rev the jeep to say about 2500 revs. Keep it constant, the minute I put my foot on the brake the revs come down to 900 revs. Take foot off the brake and revs go back up again

I plug the hose. Remove the cable off the abs. Remove the rear tail lights. Still does the same thing. Just a update its a overland model. I do not even press the brake pedal all the way down just enough to trigger the switch

Only when I pull the abs unit. But what is funny when at idle the brake press does nothing. Only if I rev above 1200 revs. Everything I have tried on the brake side does nothing. Really stumped now

So just an update. Tracked it down to the primary brake switch input to ECU. When i remove it then it does not lower the revs. Taken around the block and no issues on cruise control or anything else. Will keep everyone updated.
