Mine too I was thinking of staying in the pub at Tarcutta. Last time I was there they closed the curtains (blackout style) at closing time and we all just kept drinking until the guy behind the bar wanted to get some sleep It was cheap too... there's also a motel there.
I can't see a hudge problem with people arriving Thursday, we have a committee meeting tomorrow so I will bring it up.
Also I'm looking at local places that hire campes for those who don't want to lug a camper all the wy down, would anyone be interested in doing a group booking maybe?

I was thinking of doing the yellow pages ring around and picking one up in Vic on the way so this will save me a hassel

There will be plenty of info starting to come out more regularly as we get closer to the event - Wooders countdown is scary tho!!
Unfortunately we cannot have people camping on Thursday night, (toilets showers etc operational 9am Friday morning) but there are plenty of nearby options - check the jambo website for some ideas.
