I've had injector codes for one injector for some time and lately for several injectors.
I swapped the injectors with fault codes for one's that didn't but the same codes came back. Checking the wiring showed no faults and it only missfired rarely.
Interestingly it never missed on lpg but would throw the same codes.
In the end I used dielectric grease on both the pcm and lpg ecu multipin plugs on a hunch that there was some voltage tracking between pins.
This seems to have fixed the problems.
