Hey guys, just wondering how everyone with after market wheels has turned off the tire pressure sensor system? Have tried what the manual says, but didnt work.

I dont believe the manual tells you how to! Just to pump the tyres up if it alarms (up until '10 at least anyways).

Only way to disable it is through a procal or similar as far as I know.

Or you can get a Procal from Jeepkonnection to reset it to zero, which basically resets it, (I am told).

How low does the pressure have to get before they alarm at factory settings? I dropped one wheel down to 20 psi and no alarm.

Thats weird. Cause I dropped mine to 30psi and it was 5'c (air temp and tire temp as car was stationary for an hr or so) and got back into the car and the alarm went off.

The stock setting is around 32psi AFAIK. At least that's about when mine goes off.
