It's a $hit of a job on a Pentastar as the oil pressure sensor is under the intake manifold. It's a few hours to change it over.

Just got this on my -14 JKU on Sunday.
Showed up as P0520 and my scantool showed faulty oil pressure switch.

Cycling through the on board computer showed oil pressure stuck at 6.8bar, and after having a chat to my local service centre, they said it's a very common issue, especially if it has recently had an oil and filter change.

I should hopefully get it back from them later this arvo with a new switch installed.

LOL common issue if oil filters been changed ... lol so every 10000kms?

P0520 code is not always a viable option to drive on.
I've had it on mine and instantly started getting ignition problems even on cold start as well as abnormally high oil temperatures. Other people have had no issue and driven on it for months.

That was according to the service centre, however, mine was the opposite, it happened just before it was due for a service, so I doubt that has much to do with it.

They replaced the sensor under warranty for me, and now the CEL is off, and the oil pressure gauge is showing normal pressures again, so should be all good.

I saw on an American forum that they were talking about a TSB with a revised part# so I could only assume that they have the revised sensor here too.
