It appears that radios fitted to Jeep Vehicles are supplied by Mitsubishi and I was able to obtain the code from Mitsubishi Radio Australia. To obtain the code you need to remove the radio and record the following data from the radio data plate.
Model Number
Dealer Reference Number
Serial NUmber
Fax the above to 02-96847684 with a request for the code.
I have the same problem with my jeep 04 cherokee. I have the number for Chrysler its 1300300896 or 03 95669380 they only answer from monday to wednesday on these numbers so I have to sing to myself till then
