Dozer loose the Nissan I walk into a local shop mindset

Jeeps you buy from suppliers world wide depending what you want

My must list for Australian suppliers in order is

1. Wooders Garage (Sydney)
2. Mascot Motors (Nowra NSW)
3. Hammond's (Brisbane based) They seem to have shifted their business focus lately so use them less

For 2nd hand parts is Mascot and Jeeeparts (not a typo there is an extra "e")

The sponsors in this list have their own thread in the vendors section

I have a 2 inch efs kit which came from Redcliffe Springs. I think we are a bit lucky here on the Peninsula. Northstar is a strong dealer and so alot of the shops around don't run away when you say "Jeep". Also worth a look through the trading section on here from time to time. Good Luck.

No, it's the "I previously owned a HiLux" mindset.

Dozer, you may have a bit of experience with 4wding and building up trucks but Jeeps are an entirely different ball game. You are starting at square one with an XJ. You will find all the info you NEED to know on this site however.

Goodluck and welcome to your new addiction
