Watty I also have a stock CRD and steel bar, Having only replace a the drag link (beefier) and shocks (Bilstien) I can say after 165,000km that 2-3mm Toe out is the go. I also run lower tyre pressures 32psi Front 30 Rear. I rotate every 10K and get tyre balance and wheel alignment. I have had issues with loosing wheel weight and find spend $65 every 10K too be the best in getting a sorted front end.

So tell the Tyre joint 3mm TOE OUT !! 1.5mm a side, sure the is a trade off in quicker tyre wear but I rather that then a bucking bronco mid corner
