Default Dual Cab UTE Conversion JK Wrangler

Hi GUys,

Is anyone aware of or know anything about the AEV dual cab brute conversion on a JK in Australia, I have seen a few TJ's that have had this done and a few 2 DR jk's but what about the 4dr, I think it looks awesome and not to mention the extra space whilst still being able to use your hardtop..

Any advice would be great..

Try Jeep Konection mate. My understanding was that the AEV Brute conversion was for an unlimited only and you lose the back doors. The pictures in that link tell a different story though!

Don't know of anyone doing it in Australia. Shouldn't be hard to find an engineer. Chassis extensions are quite common even on new vehicles such as lc200. Aev parts plus shipping will not be cheap. To be useful load capacity will have to be dramatically increased. That might, depending on the engineer, require new axles. Certainly an awesome vehicle but going to be a very expensive exercise.

It'll definitely be way over $20k for the conversion. Don't forget the cost to paint it and other bits and pieces needed for the change.
