Had both front door hinges (4) fixed by Jeep a month ago. Back doors also showing the same bubbling as the bonnet hinges too now. Will get them all fixed next service.
But make sure they put your doors back on correctly - I need to get mine fixed again as they rattle all over the place as I drive over the smallest of bumps. Another one of those "Jeep things"

Im a bit annoyed to say the least, especially as I paid good money for the Jeep Electronic Rust Protection system.

Will let you know what Jeep says.
They just don't work.

I just got back from Albion Jeep. I have to say that I'm very impressed. Its booked in to the panel beaters to fix the hinges, will take 2 days to fix, they are giving me a loan car (a 300c would be nice..lol). So while its annoying to have some rust, its nice that they didn't stuff me around and it will all be fixed.

That's good to know as it's where I'll have to take mine when the 48,000 service is due.

Mine happened in forst 6 months of having it on the drivers door, starting to appear on the front passenger door now.
No probs getting it fixed under warranty.
I've read a number of reports of this in the US, some think its because the two different types of metal are reacting.

The door rattle is coming from the door lock latch. Wrap 5cm electrical tape around the door lock striker will solve the problem.
