Hunty, great idea, so thanks for providing info.

Is that ARB CKSA12 Compact On-Board (25L/s) or the larger dimensioned CKMA12 High Vol On-Board (75L/s)?

I've got a 75L/S portable already (well I doubt it delivers that)... it's cheap and don't really trust it... and I'm sure it would die outside it's suitcase sized carry box....

Thanks!

Hi Richard
I am running the larger ARB compressor its for tyre inflation not the little one that they install to run lockers etc - its been out in my spare wheel for years now - so far so good

I had no choice, as mine was already fitted when I bought the car. Now I thought about taking it out from under the back seat and find another place for it - but where? So I have left it there and it has been great. The only time it gets hot is when pumping up tyres and running continuously. So running the diffs its OK. There seems to be enough air around it and it stays nice and clean/dry and no-one can knock it off.

Nice job Huntly, Im sure by now some one has seen your idea and in 12months time we will see a mount for sale that slides over the spare wheel studs and people will be buying them for $100 a peice.

This is where my compressor will be mounting. Great little spot to put it I think.
