well made a new bullbar,

the high mount is now on the tj so i put a low mount on the xj. This new bar still takes the high mount though, and i'll be putting one back when i can find another cheap one.

Nice job, did you use a pipe bender for that and are you going to put up some build pics and/or measurements in the fab section????

i'm lucky that i get some great toys at work to make these bars.

this bar was laser cut, and folded on a cnc press brake, and all the tube work done on a cnc tube bender.

goes together quick and is easy to make as i have fully designed the bar in 3D cad and have detailed drawings of every component.

half considering selling them, but if you want to make it yourself it would be heaps of work with out some serious machinery. there are more simple designs out there to copy if you want to make one at home.

Okay if u were to hit the green go button how much would it cost me to have a bar like that made 2001 xj
