Whipper snippered a rock into front screen and left a 50c size star. Moved both vehicles and payed attention to what direction the head was supposed to be throwing rocks. At least it's on passenger side so they can't defect me. Not until it cracks past the halfway line anyway.

Best take a drive past council workers doing similar stuff & then pull up & have words with them about what they just did. or have you got windscreen cover on your insurance?

Pretty sure it's in between 23 and 24. I ended up having to weld a nut on mine mine. Due to using the wrong size

I've only got 3rd party for now. Had the screen in wifey's commodore done under insurance that was great, was just getting a repair and obrien did whole screen because of heaps of surface chips.

I could winge and moan about trucks and worksites but no one gets anything around Coffs Harbour due to new highway going in. Most vehicles have some amount of glass damage even if its just tiny chips that you can't see.

Mine has a hex hole in the plug on the side of the gear box. I found a bolt that fitted & the put a right angle bend in it near the head. It worked a treat.

In the mech's ATM waiting to get the CAT centre bashed out. Also gonna get him to listen and tell me if it is still running on five cyl. Really hope it's not, because I will be looking at a head off as I have nothing left to replace that would be causing it to run on five. . I don't have the tools with me to take the head off as they are all on the mainland. Besides before the day the head comes off I need to have my 99 manifold sent down and a set of extractors ready to go on. Straight after I would need to have the exhaust replaced. Here's hoping I don't have to go that line just yet because I don't have the 2k to do the job, which doesn't include shipping my roller cab tool box over.

Regards A
