Need some advice on making a web site. I need to get one up ASAP and wondering what is the easiest and cheapest way to do this with out looking to cheap.
Started on the old dreamweaver but my head is getting a bit confused with it, so any other help would be really appreciated.

Your best bet is to get a pre made template they look hot and are usually free or very cheap. Its pretty late here send us a msg if you need help with the process.
