It's not on there, I sent them an email asking if they'd sell a set to me, they replied $100 for 6 or $120 for 8. When I walked in they said $80 for 6 so I snapped them up. They are the same ones they use on all their racks and seem like a really good product. Maybe just give them a call

Cheers

Hmm, was $100 inc GST?

Nice work on the rack too, as usual!

Could be

Welded on 6 mounting brackets this arvo, need to do another 6 so the far end of the mount can bolt on as well. Couldn't resist bolting on 4 of the mounts and sticking it on the roof. Its very very solid already

It sits a little higher than I originally planned but it's still lower than the cross bars (which I've now taken off)

Cheers
Steve

Looks great. What did you use for the corners. I love the low profile.

You can get premade corners, these are 20NB pipe with a thick wall, even beveled ends ready for butt welding. I got mine, and all the rest of the steel, from edcon steel. The corners were only a dollar or two.

Cheers

Love that rack Steve.
My only concern would be the weight, but I spose it's a compromise between weight and strength, especially considering what you'll be needing it for.
Can you get those legs with a little less hight??

Top work man.

cheers

Commercial made racks for roof top tents are around 50kg, mine is less than half that at the moment These are the shortest legs I could get for a good price, shorter would be good but this leaves a little leeway for mounting things under the rack like my maxtrax In fact I'll probably make a bracket that attaches underneath exactly for this purpose.

Cheers
Steve
