Found a few pics from when I did it on B1.
Firstly the Nice shiny new bushes
The tool I made to force out the old ones. Its a big arse 10.9 bolt, a few washers, a big 3/4 socket, that completely goes over the flange end of the bush to put the pressue on the clevis arm. Tighten the bolt, wind out the bush. ( But next time I will use my press, as it took about an hr each side to wind out)

You can clearly see the "banana" bend in the bush.
Here you see old and new compared.
clearly you can see the damaged rubber crumbling at the base and see that the crushtube sits noticably lower in the bush than the new one
And again, the "banana" bend in the old one compared with the shiny new one.
To fit the new ones I had a piece of steel, that perfectly seated on the flange of the bushing, and a tapped them in with a hammer to the same point as the originals.
