It can be a bugger to prime the system after pulling the fuel rail off. You'll need to make sure you have good fuel up to the lift pump by using the priming port and an appropriate pump to pull the fuel up.
Once the fuel is to the pump there will be a lot of air in the fuel rail. I typically crack one of the injector lines and then turn the motor over until I see fuel coming out, then rinse and repeat for the following 4 injectors.
May take a few goes to get right.
