I'd be careful guys, 3 inch lift is about the max you can go with these things before your front end angles get too stressful for her. hence why I opted for a superlift a few people do run 4 inch but I wouldn't want to risk getting caught out somewhere when something lets go

The reason I didn't say spacers for the struts is to try stay under the magic 3" limit without a front diff drop.

LOL with "0" offset adding wheel spacers would be overkill. I was referring to spacers like in a budget boost setup.

The only item in the parts you listed that I wouldn't use in the rear spacer, I would go for something like Jeeperf's "FlexLift" Adjustable Spring. More expensive I know but since you haven't listed rear springs this will give you more leeway to get it the way you want. http://www.jeeperf.com/product-page/...spring-spacers

Thanks for your help mate. I'll do a bit more digging and post what I end up doing in a while.

All these different sizes etc get confusing but why do people seem to just change to JK wheels rather than putting bigger tyres on the standard GC wheels if there both 17s etc. I know the offsets different but if people are running spacers behind JK wheels anyway why not just put spacers behing the GC stock wheels. Or am i missing something?

I would say its because JK rims are dirt cheap and look much better than the stock WH rims.

My car came lowered with some crappy chrome 20s on it and i picked up a set of JK rims with 255 75s for a 300 bucks. I didn't realize till afterward they dont fit without spacers. They do stick out of the guards quite a lot with spacers. It does look good but worries me as well.

You only need 6 mm spacers for the jk wheels.

You're not insured if you use spacers so quite a saving there too...
