Need new radiator for TJ - Aluminium?
Hey guys,
Found these on fleabay - Anyone had experience with these?
'Worley' aluminium radiators - looks like they are in Melbourne, here's the link to ebay...

no experience with them but looks like a pretty good deal. going by description 3 row and for RHD.
at that price probably made in China and Worley are importers

They look fairly heavy duty.About the same price as a copper.Have you had over heating issues?
Only time I've ever had one,was on a 40 + degree day,done a big up hill climb,and stopped at a fallen tree.
Left the Jeep running ,with A/c on ,and windows off ,for 20 minutes.Jumped in ,and temp was up.As soon as I drove off,it dropped.
Do the Copper v Ali research .

Thanks guys - no overheating issues, just have a small leak in mine.
For what the repair would cost. I'm guessing I'd be better off just replacing it at this price.

Nah ended up going with a traditional radiator from Alrad.
Heard a few stories about ally radiators falling apart - especially on rough tracks/corrugations so that scared me off.
I didn't hear anything bad about Worley in particular - just ally radiators in general.
