Soliciting interest level in Spherical Bushings
JeePerf is interested in your opinion. We are testing the feasibility of offering spherical bushings for the WH/XH platform and others. We are considering building them for the UCA and the shock clevis bushing in the LCA. What do you guys think? Any interest? If interested, what is a fair price you will be willing to pay for each?? What do you think of the idea?? Where do you see using these bushings more beneficial than polyurethane ones?? Please let us know so we put our efforts into building something you really need. Thank you for your feedback.

I had to look up what a spherical bush was.
I would have concerns over increased vibration & or harsh ride due to not having the rubber to absorb some of the initial impact on rough roads (that's all roads in Australia).

If we manage to reduce the vibrations, to become close to polyurethane bushings, would that be of interests?

To be honest there are plenty of your other products that provide more of a benefit that I would spend my money on first.

I am happy that rubber offers a 100,000 km plus service life. I would not install spherical bushings in anything other than a race car.

If we can control the NVH level to be close to those of Poly bushings, would there be interest?

Sphericals articulate more freely than rubber but have added noise. If noise is within acceptable levels, would the added freedom to articulate be of interest?
