My old original FoxWing weighs 27kg that’s almost half of the roof load rating. That’s why I bought a $100 Kings awning that weighs about 10kg. I haven’t weighed my roof rack but I think it’s about 25kg so I figure I’ve got enough left up there for a second spare, maxtrax’s and maybe a shovel.

even without an awning on the roofrack once you go offroad halve your weight capactity so you're already at 32kg before the roofrack goes on .

I got a tek in my R/Rear tyre!

Had to Detour on the way back from Perth yesterday due to a truck crash at Banister.: https://thewest.com.au/news/regional...-ng-b88772746z
So we decided to visit friends in Cuballing en route. About to leave and I spied this in the rear.
I decided not to remove it and monitored pressure via EVIC. Got home safely and will take it in Monday to have it pulled.
I'm at 57K on the OEM Michelin's and plan on changing them at 60k.
