Default Aftermarket W5A580 dipstick - correct length?

Hi all. I'm looking to buy a transmission dipstick for the CRD XH Commander on Ebay. Could someone please tell me what the correct length is or even recommend one?

Sorry if this has been covered.

The one I got from eBay is NOT designed to sit in the transmission fill tube
It's designed to dip the transmission fluid and then hang in the garage
search for 722.6 dipstick, there's plenty of options
The actual part that goes in the fluid is about 70mm long
Cheers

To check the auto fluid level:
Engine and transmission at temp
Engine running
Transmission cycled through gears
Transmission in park
Oil level should be around 50mm (or slightly more)
I found anything over 25mm and transmission would engage

Cheers
