Default After reconnecting battery, will not crank, SKIM indicator light remains on

This is my first post so as an intro I am in north Sydney area and have a silver 2007 GC 5.7 limited.

This weekend I installed new shock absorbers, springs and upper control arms on the GC. After the work I reconnected the battery and I tried to start it. The car would start and shut off after 2 seconds as if it would not recognise the key. I tried both keys and same happen, after 5 times it did not even crank and the SKIM indicator light remains on. Both key remotes lock and unlock the car and arm and disarm the alarm with no issues but the car will not crank. Battery is good.

Any help would be much appreciated before I tow the car to the dealer.

Thanks

Inaki

Someone on the forum will know the problem, have you tried a code reader?

*Place key in ignition
*Turn to the run position (do not attempt to start)
*On the key press the lock button once then the unlock button

Now see if it starts

Possible you are now locked out now the SKIM is on (will need that reset).
Have you tried disconnecting the battery to reset the SKIM? Have you had the ignition recall?

If your in need of a scanner try BlueDriver app, reports have been positive.

Battery is new, full charge. Called the dealer and he said that probably the SKIM has lock down the ECU so the only choice is to take it to there so they can scan it. I left the car this afternoon so I will keep you all posted. Thanks for the help
