Default Engine light after regearing to 4.88

My mate just regeared his 2013 JK to 4.88, we programmed using his aev procal.

When driving away from the diff shop and engine light came up and went into limp mode.

Tried putting back to stock, reset, reprogrammed nothing changed it. The codes he gets is in the pic.

My understanding is that you wed to program new gear ratio AND if you have fitted bigger tyres program for them as well. Do you have bigger tyres? The ECU will be having a fit because the speed won’t match what the rate your driveshaft is spinning. It can only be a programming thing IMO.
