Default BEST 4WD Training Course (nr Sydney)?

Does anyone know where I can take myself and my wife to learn what my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland can do? And how to do it?
I'd like a day or half-day to introduce me to my vehicle and build my
confidence in its capabilities. Also, I'd like to cover the care & feeding of her, steep inclines and declines, approach & departure angles, 4WD gears and use, mud, water and a variety of terrain I may come across while exploring our great Australian bush.
Any suggestions?
JazzieGuy

Vic Widman runs Great Divide Tours and does training down near braidwood (so a couple of hours south). This is a really good course. ACT JeepTrACTion did it last year, and we all had a ball. http://www.greatdividetours.com.au/
