Default Just joined did I miss much?

Hi all,
Just joined, Currently have a stock(ARB bullbar) 09 white 2 door CRD manual, that the Missus drives daily. I'm currently wheeling a D40 King cab Navara CRD manual, Not a bad truck for touring, but a bit soft when hitting the Vic High Country. So I'm looking at getting a Unlimited, yes that's right a 2 Jeep family!.

I'm just waiting for Chrysler Oz, to release details and prices for the "11" model, I'd prefer a diesel auto, but as I have no plans to do any more touring I may opt for a "10" Ruby if there are any available.

Anyways, hope I haven't missed out on the party and hopefully can offer some wisdom to what seems a great forum.

Cheers

Jase.

hey welcome fella...

YEah 2011 does look liek a good buy... have you tried fletch on here? He seems to be a major importer of the wranglers and sells anywhere in Australia... look up "Fletch"

The forum here is great, I have asked many a dumb question and had many "Doh" thoughts when I have seen the reply, but everyone is nice and is happy to answer questions...

Where do you hail from?

have you thought about hanging loose for a couple of years. jeep now owned by fiat, and they will be releasing a complete new model upgrade then. could be worth the wait.

I am a little weary of "new models" History say's buying the last build year of most models is the best way to go, their usually cheaper and well sorted by then.
