I don't know but in the resetting/learning process you have to accelarate from 0 to 100 km/h four times to enhance the shifting cycle re-learning, maybe it liberates something or readjust flows somewhere or reset behaviours with temperature ?
I did follow the process from the JSCAN application on IOS.

since I have been following everyday the dash on the jscan while driving the trans temp does not go above 95°C at 110km/h. a thing I noticed is how fast it goes from cold temp at start to 85-95°C zone.
