Cannot set tyre size with any affordable programer, unlike other Jeep models. Only the dealer can choose from tyre sizes already programmed into the Jeep that were offered on different spec models. I had mine TIPM updated by the dealer for the largest tyre size they have listed that was on the JET edition with the 20" wheels and tyres, 245/50R20. That worked out at a 29.65" diameter which is 2% bigger than the rolling diameter I had with the 18" Limited wheels, 235/60R18 at 29". Speedo was already reading 3% fast so it is now spot on up to 100 kph but 1-2 kph slow at 110 for the 245/70R17 tyres which are 30.5".

Ive gone from Stock Sport rims (16inch) to stock Limited (18inch) rims.
Speedo with 16inch was about 8% under actual and now about 2% over.
Kind of weird as I expected them to have virtually the same rolling diameter, but that is definitely not the case.

Rims have no affect on rolling diameter so what are the tyre sizes?

Same rolling diameter as my 245/70R17's. The dealer only charged me $60 to change to the 245/50R20 size.

I have 245/75/16 . They also are 30.5 's . I asked the Jeep DEALER in Toowomba and they told me they could not change setting . They obviously have no idea . Which dosn't surprise me. So dealers can change tyre size setting ?
