It moves more than I would like, but it winched me up over a soft sandy rollover when all 4 wheels were swinging in the air, belly dragging on the top of the mound and no traction at all. Didn't look like it was going anywhere with load on it.

An no, I couldn't have 'just driven around it'. Would have been OK it it wasn't so soft/fresh and such a sharp little mound. The wheels just sunk in and then had no traction spinning in the air, leaving me sitting high and dry with the bottom of the body sitting on the top of the mound. So it was a full on 'drag' the car on the ground to get it off until the front wheels got some purchase on firmer ground.

Yes I need side rock rails . And a winch as you just pointed out . They come in handy Wiz. American 4x4 in Brisbane ( they were the jeep jamboree in QLD organizer this year )said they would custom build me a set .I just have to get down thier
