Question Replacing TPMS Sender / Transmitters, or Battery life?

Has anyone needed to replace their TPMS sender units on their KK due to low battery, or can anyone tell me what the usual life expectancy is?

My car has done 120,000kms and is 7 years old. If they haven't been changed already, I think they must be getting close. I'd rather change them now while I'm swapping tyres and wheels, and know they will be right for another 5-7 years, as I envisage the tyres I'm fitting should last me that long. I only do 5-10,000kms a year in the 4WD, as I commute on my motorbike.

Default Jeep Aus KK TPMS units

Here's some pictures and part numbers for ppl. Just getting my tyres sorted now....
I dont know if the Limited has different senders to the Sport or Jet, but I have pickups / receivers in every wheel well on my Limited.
I've decided to get tyres fitted and change the sensors when the batteries go flat.

I'm sure it wont be too long and I'll have a UK supplier for genuine Schrader replacements. They are made in the UK, and I have a few contacts through BMW channels.
We have all the part numbets now (above).

I have worked out the red coloured version without the part number casted in the plastic, and a cheap paper label are the cheap chinese copies.

Schrader Catalogue number is: 65722-67
Amazon have Mopar OEM USD$68ea...

Cross post from Clarky on the WH thread:
WH & XH replacement TPS
First, ALL AUSTRALIAN SENSORS ARE 433Mhz
USA were 315mhz so make sure they are 433mhz
The ones I know work are:
56053031-- (original)
56029359 -- (2007 to 2011 Wrangler & Commanders)

Schrader 65722-67 are rubber stemmed not aluminium and are listed as replacements for 56029359 so if I'm right they will work as well.

(-- dashes indicate letters ie AA,AB,AC etc different manufacture date: AA early, AC newer)

Timing lads, Just had new tyres put on the 18in rims from 09 KK limited CRD this morning. Took some pictures of the factory sensors.

They are 56029359AB, you can get 4 delivered new from RockAuto for $178 including shipping.

Mine are still from factory (09 delivery 230k on clock) and working without issues... touch wood.
