I agree Yom. Also should be noted that i contacted the AU importer of LOD in WA @ Cruisin On and they have stated that they will no longer be bringing LOD in unless it's paid for upfront due to a general lack of interest in the product. We can't be expecting these importers to hold stock for us just incase someone may come along and want a product. Remember that these guys need to pay for it upfront too and then they need to store it etc.. All of this adds to the cost. I believe that most items sourced locally are actually quite fair in their pricing. Just sometimes you can't get what you want which sends you elsewhere.

Cheers

George.

I mounted a Body Armour bar today and an ARB number plate relocation kit, both from DBOR. The stock bar came off OK, it was a bit bent from wheeling so there were a couple of challenges. The SRC bar slides straight into the open ends of the chassis and is then bolted on with 4 bolts.

The numberplate relocation kit was harder work, I had never done auto electrics before so I was learning a lot as I went, it did involve removing quite a few bits of trim but I managed OK in the end. If you do get this one, one thing the instructions don't make clear is that the wire coming from inside the car must go down the centre of the mount for the plate, otherwise the wire gets crushed by the tyre. Apart from that, straightforward but quite time consuming. I'm very happy with the end result.

Once I had finished these tasks I opened the box with the replacement mudflaps in but couldn't work out where they mount so I'll pop into DBOR tomorrow and get some help.

Installed yesterday the ARB rear bumper (code 5650350) and tire carrier (code 5750300). Installed also a LED rear working light on and ARB harness kit which looks and works great.
The rear bumper - tire carrier combo is adjustable in case your JK has a body lift or you've running larger tires (up to 37"). Great engineering!

Third brake light support trimmed out from the stock one and put together on the new tire carrier combo which comes with the adaptable bracket dedicated for this purpose.
Great idea and saves extra money for another accessory! Again great stuff & engineering!

Front IPF and rear LED on board commands with independent IPF/ARB electric harness kits with everything needed in place (no drilling, just using stock channels and 3M glued on/off buttons).
