Default Need advice on trailer transfer from NSW to VIC

Pulling the trigger on a campertrailer I am going to pick up from Sydney next weekend.

Here are a few questions I hope you guys can shed some light.

For the ownership transfer is there anything I should be aware of? My question is basically are the NSW RTA transfer papers okay or do I need the seller to sign a Vic form?

Also not quite sure but will I need Roadworthy for the trailer? Vicroads is full of information but the common speak is "vehicle" - so confuses me to a degree.

I did a similar thing from SA to Vic on a poptop camper a few years ago. Simplest thing is to just do a trailer reg in Vic. No inspection need. Mine is reg as a box trailer. just get the paper work from a Vic Roads office. Probable can download the form off their website. I went into their local office, took all of 15 minutes.

The only inspection is at the vicroads office where the mostly focus on seeing id plates and numbers etc. Some tiems they ask for a proof of purchse sometimes they dont, wont hurt to get one.
