Most of the wiring is done, I just need to get to the high beam trigger, I suppose behind the passenger side light. Remove the airbox?

I may get a mate to make me up a new bracket that moves the lightbar further back and maybe a little higher.

UPDATE

All wired in and working... The two white and green wires in the headlight cluster plug is confusing!
You could try to get at the passenger light connections through the access port inside the wheelwell as per these pics. I had an auto electrician point them out after I had a failed attempt removing the airbox etc. I haven't got around to doing it myself yet as I need to get an adapter cable from Stedi to fit the cabling from 4wd SuperCentre. Good luck

Thanks, Cobbly. I'll keep that option in mind.

I, too, gave up on trying to get the air box out. It really didn't want to come out. I found I could do what I need to by removing the air channel.

At least it is all working now.

Cheers

I got a mate to bend the bracket for me today. Amazing how easily a 50 ton press can bend aluminium...

Was:

Now:

Much better. The plate used to go straight up so the whole lightbar stuck out in front of the number plate. Definite improvement now.
