first 'real' mod to jeep (mp3 player doesnt count!) is a lift, 2" kit with just a bit over 1" spacers (coil & block - shimmed) and t/case drop / bumpstop extenders (thanks marcus!)

front ctr hub to guard is 21" and rear is 22" - measured around 18" before lift.... go figure...

need to replace rear shocks as ones in kit were the same size as standard (thats a help...) so thinking some non adjustable ranchos. Going to eat into my 31" funds
