No, not difficult at all. You need to remove the top of the original mount to let the steering damper drop down to the 35mm of lift (if that makes sense...I know what I mean) The new mount fits onto the old mount with a crush tube & a brace back to the sway bar mount. Black Jack Welding sells a similar item without the extra bracing.

Not today but thought I would share it

Installed the Bushwacker TJ flat flares, Rigid Industries LED lights with Uneek 4x4 lower A pillar mounts.

Also fitted the Novak Cable Shifter to replace the z linkage on the transfer case.

this week planning on installing the rubicon express super flex lower control arms.

Well i was keen to hit the trails today but no takers so I re-plumbed the Air Leaker so it's once again an Air Locker. Just needed a fresh layer of Teflon tape and everything tightened up; holds air no worries.

Should have been doing some important repairs over the weekend like exhaust manifold, water pump, welsh plugs ....
But what's the fun in that?

Found this brushed aluminium overlay on fleabay

Out came the instrument cluster...

Fitted the overlay...

Put some green LEDs in while I was at it
