Default December Club Camp - Janowen Hills 4wd Park 5-6 Dec

Trip Location: Janowen Hills 4WD Park

Trip Rating: Easy- Med + (if numbers permit, we will run more than one trip)

Trip Leader: Adrian

Meeting place and time: 8am at Shell, Cunningham Highway, Cunningham Hwy, Aratula, QLD

Departure time: 8:30am

UHF Channel 15:

Minimum safety gear for all BJC trips:
  • Rated vehicle tow hooks front and rear. A Hayman Reese recovery adaptor is good for the rear tow hook.
  • Snatch strap
  • Two rated shackles
  • First aid kit
  • Fire extinguisher
  • UHF two way, hand held is fine
  • Visitors can do two trips
  • Pets are not permitted on club trips
  • Alcohol is not to be consumed by drivers or passengers on runs.
  • No Illegal drugs or firearms will be permitted at any time.

The following trip ratings are used for BJC club trips

Easy - Suitable for Stock Jeeps or is a social days eg Tool box day or beach run

Medium - Suitable for Stock Jeeps, recommended upgraded tyres and suspension

Medium+ - Recommended lifted suspension, mud tyres, bar work

Difficult - Jeep recommended to have traction aids (Locker, LSD etc), lifted suspension, bar work and mud tyres. No visitors permitted

Very Difficult - Jeep recommended to have front and rear traction aids (Locker, LSD etc), lifted suspension, winch, bar work and mud tyres, panel damage is possible. Self recovery a must. No visitors permitted. Trip leader has final say.

CAMPING FEES (PER PERSON):

Adults: $12.00 per person per night

Children (5 – 15 years): $7.00 per person per night

Children (under 5 years): No charge

Standard camping fees apply for every night you camp over.

PLEASE NOTE: Camping fees apply per person. See below for the FAMILY SPECIAL.

FOUR WHEEL DRIVING FEES (CAMPING ONLY):

1 to 8 days Four Wheel Driving (camping only) – $28.00

* If you are camping and four wheel driving for more than one day but less than eight, the total for the four wheel driving fee is $28 for that period in addition to the applicable camping fees. Four wheel driving fees apply per vehicle only.

FOUR WHEEL DRIVING FEES (DAY VISITOR RATE):

4WD Vehicle - $25.00

2WD Vehicle – $15.00
