I think he means demos are usually only a couple of thousands as they dont do much driving.

Its 12 months old, so I guess that would account for a few Km.

Sorry, I was probably being a bit defensive. Ive never owned a new car (I am classing this as a new car), so I am a little excited. The youngest car I have ever owned was 12 years old.

probably ex corporate demo car, so your Rubi X might have been featured in magazines and road tests!

Apparently the General Manager has been driving it since Xmas, so I suspect that has probably attributed to some of the km.

Already planning the build. Although my XJ didn't end up the way I planned it, so the JK will probably be the same

I didn't mean to upset you, your post didn't say it was 12 months old just that it was a demo. Demos usaully have less than 5k on them. Enjoy your purchase and happy trails!

All good, I read it the wrong way

I am told the GM was using for while, and that has probably added to the kays. I was pretty set on the Rubi X, so was deflated when I found out that they don't export them to Aus anymore, so I am stoked that I found this one, and in the colour I was after
